Midtown Miami

Midtown Miami began with the 2005 development of a triangular bit of land nestled between Biscayne Boulevard & the Florida East Coast Railway to the east, North Miami Avenue to the west, and NW 36 Street on the north side. Since then, "Midtown Miami" has come to represent the entire area, including Wynwood and Edgewater - north of 20th Street to I-195, between I-95 to the west and Biscayne Bay to the east.

The Midtown Miami project started in 2005 as a planned urban development with a mix of residential condominiums and lofts, a hotel, parks, and shopping center called “The Shops at Midtown”. The retail shops and restaurants include Target, Sports Authority, PetsMart, West Elm, Guess, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Prohibition Restaurant & Speakeasy, 100 Montaditos, Wine Vault, Sakaya Kitchen and many more.
